• Since graduating from the Masters of Social Work program at The University of Toronto, I have supported diverse populations with a range of challenges that created obstacles to healthier and happier living. Relying on the principles of attachment, trauma, neurobiology and drawing upon evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, helps me understand my clients outside of the problem and successfully partner with them to achieve positive treatment outcomes.
