Customized and quality mental health care provided for over 20 years. I believe that every person has the ability to heal from past and current pain and it has been my great privilege to be a part of people's healing for over 20 years. I am a Registered Psychotherapist that has worked with clients experiencing a variety of struggles including: trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, relationship issues, life transitions and stress management. I offer an integrative and tailored approach that meets each person's individual needs.
