- I am a registered Psychologist with a Master of Counselling from the University of Calgary, I have extensive experience and training on evidence-based treatments and therapeutic tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couple Therapy-Gottman Method and Trauma Therapy-Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I specialised in the areas of relationship and attachment issues, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, grief, addictions, depression and self-esteem.
