Julia has a wonderful approach to therapy. Having received chiropractic, massage therapy and physio for different pain before, I can confidently say that her approach is surprisingly gentle, painless and effective. Don't expect spine adjustments, painful stretching, exercises or uncomfortable pressure. 

When I first visited for wrist pain that was persisting for almost five months, I wasn't sure she had done anything at all during our visit! But the next day I realized that the pain had actually reduced. In three visits over three weeks my pain went from an 8/10 and limited range of movement to a 2/10 with full use of my wrist. Over the following couple months, even with a flare up, the issue was fully resolved. Highly recommend giving this gentle and collaborative approach to therapy a try.
