The massage therapist was pretty good and very pleasant, but the clinic itself was not great.  They seemed far too interested in how much coverage I had rather than my experience.  When I asked about options available that were shown on the website, the receptionist didn't know anything about them nor did she know if there were any brochures. She didn't even offer to find out for me.  She, however, did try to sell me said options even though she couldn't answer any of my questions. As I looked around the shop I found a brochure about the options - the receptionist wasn't aware about the brochure.  I also felt shortchanged with the length of my massage.  Overall, this clinic was overpriced and underwhelming.  If it weren't for the massage therapist being pretty good I would have totally tanked this review.  I will never go there again. 

Sophie was not satisfied with the service.   Its also very hard to book at this clinic for times that work for her schedule.   Therapist did not check in to see if the pressure was adequate for what she was needing.
