I'm a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and Psychotherapist in the province of Quebec. I specialized in challenges connected to major life transitions such as the loss of a loved one, the arrival of a baby, a new job, a relocation, the end or beginning of a relationship...I'm also a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR and somatic (mind-body) approaches to therapy.
