Description
Hi, I’m Madison, but you can call me Maddy! I work with kids, teenagers, and young adults. Clients I work with often struggle with anxiety, feelings of depression, overwhelming thoughts and feelings and a lack of motivation to do the things they once enjoyed. I also work with people who have experienced one or more highly frightening or upsetting events that someone might label as trauma. Together we can work towards achieving your wellness goals and restoring a sense of hope! I believe therapy should be tailored to what you want - so I try to be flexible to structure our sessions.

Summary
The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
