Pronouns: She/Her A graduate of McMaster University, Christy is a registered Social Worker that has been working in the field for 25 years. Christy is a strengths based mental health clinician specializing in risk assessment, crisis intervention, suicidality, trauma, attachment, child welfare, adoption, grief, and solution focused therapy. Christy has a passion for supporting human beings from the time of conception to adulthood. She’s here to support you individually, in your intimate relationships, and within your family dynamics. Christy has been working to learn sign language.

The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
