Maura has 20 years of experience in providing individual therapy for adults struggling with a range of mental health concerns and life stressors, including: anxiety and depression, relationship and interpersonal challenges, confidence issues, life stage transitions and grief/loss. Maura has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, Interpersonal Therapy, trauma therapy, perinatal/reproductive mental health, and grief counselling.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
