I specialize in treating ptsd, mood disorders, anxiety, anger, certain personality disorders, addiction, and sexual behaviour. I provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals heal and grow. I work from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. My clients are individuals who want to work towards understanding and improving their mental health, behaviour, and identity. I help people identify their strengths that have can be overshadowed by their struggles. The majority of my work is in forensic mental health (criminal justice involvement and MH).
