Together, we will develop strategies to help you feel like yourself again. In therapy, we will explore the beliefs that are holding you back and learn to cope with painful feelings. I work from a culturally humble, anti-oppressive perspective and am trained in EMDR and CPT, trauma therapies that help reduce the impact of difficult experiences. It takes courage to reach out in the midst of painful experiences. You do not have to do this alone. I strive to create a counselling space where you feel welcome, heard, and valued.
