Meredith Armstrong is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist. She is the Owner of St. Lawrence Psychotherapy and Wellness. She began studying Social work in 2001 and she has been extremely passionate about it ever since. Meredith has significant training in therapeutic modalities and believes strongly in continued education, improvement and competence. She takes an interpersonal approach with a focus on understanding your story, working with emotions, improving communication and relationships with others and yourself to help you live the life you have hoped for.
