Description

Reaching out for support can be stressful or intimidating for many people. In my role as a registered social worker, I will ensure to work collaboratively with you in a safe space to address your concerns, thoughts, emotions, or challenging life circumstances. I work from a client-centred, trauma informed, anti-oppressive framework with no judgement. With this, I can support you in exploring the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as well as building skills to manage them.
