Description
It is important as women and mothers we take the steps to care for ourselves, as we are being pulled in many directions throughout the day. I strive to empower all women to recognize the expectations that society places are not all attainable. You cannot be all of the things, all of the time, and it is okay to slow down and take care of you. I also specialize in working with teens and young adults who are struggling with pieces in life and transitioning to adulthood. I work from an eclectic, client-centered approach and am experienced in grief, trauma, parenting, stress and anxiety.
