I am an individual and family therapist, offering virtual and in-person therapy. I integrate cutting-edge, experiential, body-based therapies into my practice to move beyond some of the limits of traditional talk therapy. My hope is that in our work together, we can move beyond coping and start healing. In general, I believe therapy is meant to make you feel more free. As a therapist, my role is to offer insights, reflect patterns that I notice, and provide knowledge, skills, and tools to empower you to live the life of your dreams.
