When life stressors or trauma occurs it is common to feel lost, disoriented and completely overwhelmed. I am invested in providing supportive strategies to managing and healing. The my approach works to integrate difficult experiences or emotions and promote a strong connection with self, others and this world. Through a collaborative process, I will work with you to reach your goals. The interventions I use promote a deeper understanding of the purpose that your stories serve as you create space for stepping into new ways of being that align with how and who you want to be in this world.
