I'm a social worker specializing in mindfulness and body-oriented approaches to psychotherapy. I have 20 years of experience in health and social service settings both in direct care and administration and specialized training in EMDR. Individuals often come to me who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma and pain. Many have tried traditional talk therapy before, and are looking for an effective, yet more holistic approach. With warmth, non-judgment and curiosity, together we can explore resources to support you, your mental health, stability and growth.
