Each session is tailored to what you want to focus on - there is no such thing as a problem too small. I specialize in utilizing CBT and Trauma-Informed Practice for depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. I have 6+ years of experience and have counselled over 1000 individuals covering a vast range of topics.
