Description
I am a dedicated social worker and therapist who specializes in the mental and emotional health of racialized communities, and has expertise working with Black African Diaspora boys and men. I have a strong commitment to helping people heal through trauma, including African and Indigenous-centered understandings of healing and people of colour whose mental health has been greatly harmed by the effects of colonialism and subsequent marginalization, war, violence and poverty. I help clients heal the mind, an entity that can be so easily damaged by distressing experiences.
