Description
I provide psychotherapy/counselling to teens and adults looking for support with depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, grief, relationships and more. Treatment plans and sessions are geared with your goals and wellbeing in mind. Sessions are an integration of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy, and narrative therapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
