Provider information
Description
Ben provides a space for clients to let out all that is inside, that perhaps they can't let out with anyone else in their lives. A space to explore the self, to be heard, and to grow. He helps clients feel at ease in his office through warm compassion and a humorous light-hearted approach. Ben draws upon multiple areas and evidence bases to support his treatment. Coming from a place of warmth and compassion, and through active listening he tailor's treatments to whoever is in front of him. He firmly believes nobody is born into this world to be alone.

Facility: Transformation Counselling
Summary
Mental health exists on a continuum. At one end is what's known as mental illness, like depression, anxiety, or PTSD. At the other end is mental wellness, which people don't talk about as much: joy, satisfaction, freedom. Most counselling focuses on just reducing symptoms and getting people to the point where they can cope. At Transformation Counselling, we believe that human beings are meant for more than just coping. Wherever you are on the continuum of mental health, our counselling services can help you move closer to peak human functioning.
