Munish provides therapy that is holistic, culturally inclusive and client centered. His diverse experience is demonstrated through his work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, personality, trauma, substance abuse, and other mood disorders. Munish practices Child, Individual, Couple and Family counselling, grief counselling and therapy for individuals with motor vehicle accidents. He practices in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Trauma Informed therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction Approach to individuals.

The Family Enhancement Centre is a mental health agency dedicated to helping people maintain a state of wellness for themselves and their families, improve and learn new strategies for dealing with difficult times, and recover from serious setbacks and traumas in their lives. We work from a strength-based perspective, looking for solutions to help people move on from their problems. Established in August 2005 in Brampton, The Family Enhancement Centre has grown into a full-service counselling centre offering individual, couple, and family therapy with 5 locations in Southern Ontario & online.
