I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over ten years in a variety of settings, including: college and university counselling centres, employee assistance programs, as a consultant and trainer, and also in private practice. I currently support individuals and families through my online private practice. I work with an integrative Solution Focused Brief Therapy approach and work with clients of all ages. One of my specialities is supporting Teachers and Educators as well as Seniors and Retirees to optimize their mental wellbeing. I look forward to connecting with you!
