I'm Erefaa (pronounced Eh-reh-fah), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist with experience working with young adults, individuals, and couples on a variety of issues such as addictions, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma amongst others, from diverse backgrounds.
