Description
I’m committed to working collaboratively to support positive change and emotional growth. My approach is a blend of trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and evidence-based techniques. I am passionate about creating a strong therapeutic alliance with you, where we can explore your strengths and collaborate on finding solutions together, in a judgement-free environment. My goal is to give you a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. My therapy style is conversational, compassionate and collaborative. I am here to help you break free of any cycles that no longer serve you.
