Taylor’s experience has included working with children, youth, young adults & adults. She has experience working with presenting issues such as emotion & stress management, anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, self-esteem & body image issues, postpartum depression & anxiety, communication issues, OCD tendencies, parenting, behaviour management & separation support. She also provides family sessions to address parent-child-family conflict. Her approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Behaviour Management interventions & Talk/Client Focused Therapy.
