Riley’s experience includes treating issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, & trauma. She has experience with stress management, grief & loss, assertiveness training, communication skills, & overall well-being. She provides relationship, couple counselling and family therapy. Riley also supports parents & caregivers in managing behaviours utilizing the principles of behaviour therapy & attachment. Riley’s therapeutic interventions take an individualized approach catered to the need of each client. She integrates CBT, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused & Solution Focused Therapy
