Description

Practicing from a collaborative therapeutic model, drawing from such modalities as Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, and Schema Therapy, the focus of my clinical experience has been directed toward the age range of 21 - 85 with presenting issues relating to attachment trauma, depression and general anxiety, childhood physical, psychological, and sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and gender/sexuality-related issues.
