My purpose is to create a safe and inviting space in which you feel comfortable to work through what you bring to the session. Using a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I will support you at your pace while helping you to discover and work toward your goals, while building on your unique strengths. I provide psychotherapy for adults struggling with anxiety, stress, anger, depression, and self-esteem issues. You’ve decided that something needs to change - I will accompany you to make the next step toward the life you want and the person you want to be.
