Taking the very first step in seeking therapy can be difficult, stress-inducing, and overwhelming, great job in taking this first step! As a therapist, I believe that everyone has the internal capacity to bring positive changes in their lives. I utilize a strengths-based approach, which seeks to capitalize on your internal strengths, even if your strengths may not be readily apparent to you at the start of our work. I enjoy and look forward to seeing my clients feel hopeful, heal from emotional pain, and start believing in themselves.
