I have a varied experience in the field of psychotherapy, having worked with diverse communities, in community mental health and in clinics treating motor vehicle accident victims. I also served as a Board Member of a charity that provides affordable mental health services in Toronto and GTA. Others often comment on my ability to establish strong working relationships with clients, which is a base for promoting positive change in their lives.

I love connecting with people and being able to help them to achieve their goals as well as a better understanding of their personalities and interpersonal relationships through psychotherapy. In my practice I use an eclectic approach, combining different types of therapies in order to tailor the therapy process to the individual needs of the client.
