Julia specializes in the impacts of stress and trauma; helping people of all ages to better cope with and understand their symptoms. 

She spent 10 years specializing in children and youth as a school board Mental Health Clinician. She now incorporates services for first responders and is a preferred psychotherapist for Toronto Beyond The Blue.
