I provide in-person psychotherapy that includes counselling, therapeutic education, and support to individuals from diverse demographics that are presenting with a range of difficulties and personal issues. I employ a culturally sensitive, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy that seeks to establish an environment of stability, trust, safety, and non-judgement.
