My approach to work is strength based, holistic and evidence based. I specialize in working with mood disorders (anxiety and depression), trauma, life transitions, relational and family of origin issues, personal growth and stress management. My passion for Psychology and human behaviour started in High School where I read the work of Victor Frankl and Leo Buscaglia. For me, it was only natural that an interest in the transpersonal and spiritual areas of Psychology would follow soon after. After all ,many Psychotherapists of the past understood that we are not only our physical bodies.
