I am a practicing Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I work with individuals of all ages who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. The issues addressed in therapy are anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, life transitions, grief and loss, sexuality, and relationship problems
