I work with pre-teens and teenagers, adults, couples, and families. My therapeutic manner is one of non-judgmental presence and compassionate curiosity to help clients connect with their authentic self, support them in identifying their personal struggles, and in clarifying their therapeutic goals. My clients and I work as a team through this exploration to find suitable ways to address their needs. I am a trauma-informed therapist who uses an integrated and client-centered approach drawing on various empirically supported therapies and research.
