I believe counselling brings improvement and healing to personal and relational struggles. Based on well acclaimed theories, I work as a facilitator as you also work to become more aware of your own strengths and areas of improvement. The life learning and self-improvement journey includes bumps to mend and sometimes gaps to bridge. It is by working through these uncertain –yet important steps that personal and relational growths become effective. I offer online psychotherapy through a secure and private form.
