Description
My approach is psychodynamic, narrative and solution-focused, thus, acknowledging each individual’s complexity and inherent strengths and develops solutions from each person’s unique perspective. I have also completed my Phase 1 certification in Brainspotting. Brainspotting is a technology that accesses different parts of the brain based on the position of the eyes. This treatment is dynamic and can be used in conjunction with traditional psychotherapy. I have worked with children and families for 15 years in social services and utilize that experience in psychotherapy.
