Description
My therapy practice specializes in working with adults who are BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, people of colour), including mixed-ancestry. I work with BIPOC one-on-one through a holistic approach that is trauma-informed, body-oriented, and anti-oppressive to support all aspects of you in order to heal in the body, mind, heart, and spirit.
