Description

I want to meet you where you’re at. I will move at your speed and provide you with the type of care that you feel most comfortable with. This might mean helping you create and meet goals. It could mean teaching you skills to reduce your symptoms of anxiety. It might just mean giving you a shoulder to cry on.

I have training in CBT, DBT and treat a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, and PTSD. As a mother of two young children, I also have a strong interest in maternal mental health, and specialize in prenatal and postnatal care.
