Patrick provides psychological therapy services to individual adults (age 19 and older). Patrick’s therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Patrick focuses on helping clients work with depression; anxiety and related disorders (e.g., panic, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder); and difficult thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and/or stressful situations.
