Welcome to change! As a registered psychologist in Victoria, BC I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a scientifically-based psychotherapy that is proven to help with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation and many other concerns. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a type of mindfulness-based therapy. I am located in downtown Victoria at Cook and View.
