I am registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and the Canadian Psychological Association and completed my undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Calgary. With over fifteen-years of experience, I will work with you to assess and ultimately collaborate on a plan to enhance quality of life. My therapeutic work draws primarily on the principles of acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic psychotherapy I have advanced training and supervision in solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, and group therapy.
