While Amanda is trained in many pain relieving treatments like acupuncture, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and manual therapy, she loves to help clients get themselves better using an active approach. Learning how to help yourself recover is an invaluable part of the recovery process. She wants to help people get back to the sports and activities that they miss (or just be able to live the life they want to live with less pain!).
