Bentzen Takyi (PT, BAHons, MScPT, CSCS) He has a comprehensive understanding in managing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as neck and low back pain and peripheral joint injuries (shoulder, knee, ankle to name a few). He is also knowledgeable in preoperative and postoperative treatment and management. Bentzen is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and physical activity. He uses a combination of primarily active- based therapy, education and manual therapy to help patients get back to doing what they enjoy, but more importantly, build the resilience to avoid future injury.
