Annabelle is passionate about working with her clients to help them return to doing what they love. She takes on an active approach with her treatments which include evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and prevent further injury. Sessions with her will include a combination of education, manual therapy, and functional exercises. Annabelle’s goal is to ensure that everyone she works with feels comfortable and heard throughout their session. A key focus for Annabelle is to provide the support and guidance client's need to improve control of their health and healing journey.
