Description
Najih is a physiotherapy resident graduate from McMaster University. His personal experience with neck, shoulder, hip and knee injuries has taught him a lot about managing and rehabilitating these injuries. Injuries take us away from doing the things we love, and his goal is to help you recover to the point you are more resilient than before. His aim is to help you understand how to prevent and manage injury, as well as to understand your body to empower you and improve treatment outcomes.
