Description
She is certified to practice both IMS and acupuncture and has completed courses on spinal + pelvic girdle pain and instability, evidence based manual treatment techniques, spinal manipulation, and myofascial release techniques. Sacha has also completed the Integrated Systems Model (LJ Lee & Diane Lee) courses and is trained in the Thoracic Ring Theory (LJ Lee), which she incorporates into her whole-body assessment and treatments. Sacha has a great passion for physiotherapy and enjoys helping her patients successfully reach their goals.
