During treatment, Julie uses a variety of techniques and methods to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals. Julie is trained in traditional acupuncture, dry needling, myofascial release, pre or post-natal care, and chronic pain. She is also certified to instruct patients in Hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness™ techniques
