As a lifelong learner, she has attended numerous post graduate courses including acupuncture, dry needling, levels 1-5 of the Advanced Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy Diploma program, Kinesio-taping, myofascial ball release, diagnostic Imaging, Hypopressives and Pilates. Her current treatment style aims to identify and treat the true causes of movement dysfunction and deliver personalized exercise programs to " connect, restore, synchronise and strengthen."
